1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to HivetaskedP and all its digital infrastructure.
"User" refers to taskers and clients.
"We", "us", "our" refer to HivetaskedP and its legal entities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform. We retain all intellectual property rights unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain accurate account information

  • Respect copyright and task terms

  • Avoid any behavior that disrupts platform integrity

  • Be responsible for your tax reporting and legal status as a freelancer or business

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users for violations at our sole discretion.

5. Payments

All task payments:

  • Are governed by smart contracts or third-party processors

  • May incur fees (e.g., gas, bank charges)

  • Are final once approved

We do not guarantee earnings, project availability, or outcome of any specific task.

6. Disclaimers

We disclaim all warranties. You use the platform at your own risk.
We do not guarantee:

  • 100% uptime

  • Task availability or approval

  • That use of the platform will meet your specific expectations

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HivetaskedP is not liable for:

  • Lost earnings

  • Business interruption

  • Data loss

  • Misuse by other users

  • Technical glitches beyond our control

Total liability is limited to USD $100 or your last 12 months of platform revenue — whichever is lower.

 

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HivetaskedP, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, costs, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your misuse of the platform

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Infringement of third-party rights

 

9. Governing Law

Depending on your residence:

  • Singapore law governs users in Asia

  • Swiss law governs EU/UK/CH users

  • Delaware law governs American users

  • Serbian law governs Eastern European users

Disputes will be handled by courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services indicates your agreement to the new version.
